TeamLink Evolution has a range of .NET components and utilities that have been developed to make data entry easier and consistent. using the ViewPoint Wizards makes data input more logical.

During the normal life cycle of any record in a knowledgebase, only certain pieces of data are available at a given time. Prompting the data input user with fields of data that they may not have makes the input process slow and could introduce errors. ViewPoint Wizards can be tailored to assist you with any data capture situations.

Standard Wizards exist for all of the standard TeamLink Entity's, these include methods for catching the most common Company and Contact data. ViewPoint Wizards have been developed for all the main Project Types that TeamLink deliver, including, Projects, Legal Cases, Support Incidents, Manufacturing Jobs, Recruitment Vacancies, Marketing Campaigns and Sales Opportunity management.

Opportunity Management with TeamLink ViewPoints Wizards

ViewPoint Wizards are also used to extend the functionality of the eLINK RAD that TeamLink applications are powered by. Additional features that allow for 'drag and drop' functionality in document creation. Take any document or series of document from your Windows desktop and drag them into the ViewPoint Document Wizard and see them added automatically to the document creation process. The ability to Acquire an image using a scanner using the ViewPoint Document Wizard is also a standard feature. If you are looking for a document imaging solution, allowing for direct scanning of documents, than ViewPoint Document Wizard is for you.

Action creation Wizards offer a range of options, including the ability to automate follow up call or actions. All ViewPoint Wizards have auto notification built in, so any user can be notified of the creation of the information, without user intervention.

TeamLink ViewPoint Wizards are bundled with the TeamLink ViewPoint Desktop, allowing you access to structured data creation wizards from any application.
