TeamLink integrates with Sage Line 50. Sales orders
can update Sage directly. Purchase order data updates
supplier information within Sage. View account balances,
credit details, historic data and special instructions,
displayed on the TeamLink record.
Control users access to Accounts data within TeamLink,
give users Enquire Only or Full Control status. No more
re keying of data. Use approval notifications so that
your financial controller can approve transactions before
they are posted.
Sales & Purchase order documentation is raised
in TeamLink, dependant on the security settings a user
would be able to do one of the following;
Full Control users would be able to post the data straight
into Sage, updating the ledgers and reflecting the changes
to other TeamLink users instantly.

Enquire Only users would be prompted with a notification
button that would send an email notification direct
to the Financial Controller, so that they could approve
and post the transaction.
When a new customer or supplier is created in TeamLink,
Sage is automatically updated with these details.
TeamLink Company records display information that is
updated in Sage. Financial management is controlled
by the Financial Controller from within TeamLink or
Sage. Aged debt analysis can be used in TeamLink to
create credit control letters, these are tracked within
the TeamLink Diary.
